Club VIP Loyalty Program & Text Messaging
When you enroll in a Club VIP loyalty program operated by Dopamind VIP, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) your birthday, email address, favorite item, ZIP code, and dining companions, together with your visit and rewards history. We use this information to run the loyalty program and to send the text messages described in our Terms of Service. We never sell your personal information. Participating businesses receive only aggregated trends and, during your visit, the staff tools needed to credit your account; they do not receive your raw phone number for marketing. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
We record each consent choice separately — loyalty account messages, and, only if you check the separate optional box, promotional messages — together with the date and time of your enrollment, as proof of consent.
