Reactivation
If you cancel your monthly plan and wish to return later, a reactivation fee of 50% of your plan’s setup fee applies (Essential $397, Growth $647, VIP $997). Your website files are retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Domain ownership
Your domain name is your property. We recommend you purchase it directly (approx. $10–15/year). If we purchase it on your behalf to expedite setup, we will transfer it to your account within 30 days at no additional cost.
Monthly Website Updates
Each of our plans includes a set number of website update requests per month: Essential includes up to 3, Growth includes up to 5, and VIP includes up to 10.
What counts as an update? Text changes, image swaps, adding or removing sections, color tweaks, and updates to your business information (such as hours, phone number, or address).
What’s not included? Full website redesigns, brand-new pages, and custom development work. If you need any of those, just let us know — we’re happy to provide a separate quote.
Unused updates don’t roll over to the next month, so feel free to send your requests whenever they come up.
To request an update, simply send us an email or a WhatsApp message describing what you’d like changed. We typically complete update requests within 3–5 business days.
SMS / Text Messaging Program (Club VIP by Dopamind VIP)
Dopamind VIP operates the “Club VIP” loyalty program for participating local businesses. By enrolling in Club VIP — for example by scanning a QR code, activating a member card, or submitting the enrollment form at club.dopamindvip.com and checking the consent box — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about your loyalty account: points, stamps or cashback balance, rewards, visit receipts, review invitations, birthday messages, and promotions from participating businesses. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel all messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number is managed by Dopamind VIP only; participating businesses never receive your raw phone number.
Promotional messages are optional and require a separate opt-in. During enrollment, members may check a second, optional box to receive promotions and offers from participating businesses. Members who do not check that box receive only loyalty account messages (balances, rewards, redemption receipts, post-visit review invitations and a birthday greeting). Reply STOP cancels all messages.
